We provide rehabilitation for clients who are under a specific contract with the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) or a rehabilitation contract with the Ministry of Health (MOH). Our therapy team works together with residents to design a rehabilitation programme that is tailored specifically to each person's needs and aspirations. We establish an individualised day-to-day programme and activities are carried out with support from our multidisciplinary team.
The programme’s focus is supporting clients to be as independent as possible and return to the homes they were in before, or support them to work through suitable alternatives.
