Can Do Catering provides paid employment for a number of residents of the Laura Fergusson Brain Injury Trust, for whom mainstream employment is not an option due to their care needs.
Launched in 2015, the social enterprise provides professional and delicious catering to Christchurch organisations. The food is creative and healthy - with the majority of the ingredients being home-grown or sourced locally.
