Mindfulness and Distress Tolerance Group
This group will introduce basic mindfulness and distress tolerance techniques and focus on how such strategies may be useful to regulate mood, manage fatigue and improve memory.
Each session will consist of shared discussion of different qualities of mindfulness and distress tolerance, two exercises and specific strategies that can be used on a daily basis.
Six sessions of mindfulness and distress tolerance.
These techniques greatly assist mood management and anxiety. Mindfulness can also help with fatigue and concentration.
This group will start on Monday 15th March from 10am-11:30am.
