We are excited to invite you to join us in our upcoming Cooking Group!
This cooking group involves ten sessions of gathering with adults who all have TBI, to practice making (and eating) healthy meals.
There are printed recipes to follow, and you will be learning about nutrition, cooking on a budget, and making the most of what you already have in your pantry/fridge. In the final session, you can invite a friend or family member to come and share a meal.
This group is for those who currently cook at home, but need some help to:
- Increase your cooking confidence after TBI
- Decrease your reliance on takeaways and pre-made meals
Incorporate healthy recipes into your diet
- Cook on a budget
- Have fun in the kitchen and meet others with TBI
