- Equipment/aids for daily living to maximise independence
- Mobility and musculoskeletal concerns
- Wound care management, consumables
- Personal or social problems as a result of the injury/accident
- Accommodation and financial concerns
- Communication and swallowing problems
- Diet and nutritional needs
